High-Performance RF Shielding & Anechoic Solutions

IGOS-MN high-performance RF shielding and anechoic enclosures are engineered to create a controlled, isolated electromagnetic environment for advanced RF transmission, EMC/EMI testing, and millimeter-wave applications.
Each enclosure is designed to deliver predictable, repeatable performance across a wide frequency range while maintaining long-term mechanical and electromagnetic stability.

1. Core Performance Specifications

Our enclosures are designed to provide a high-integrity isolated environment for sensitive RF transmission and EMC testing.

2. Mechanical & Material Engineering

The structural integrity of each IGOS-MN enclosure ensures long-term isolation stability under continuous operational conditions.

Primary shielding materials include high-purity electrolytic copper or 5052-H32 aluminum, selected for optimal conductivity and durability.

Aperture control is achieved using honeycomb vents engineered as Waveguides Beyond Cutoff (WBC) for efficient radiation attenuation while maintaining airflow.

Door sealing systems utilize dual-layer beryllium copper (BeCu) fingerstock or conductive fabric-over-foam RF gaskets to preserve shielding continuity.

Surface finishes such as conductive alodine or nickel plating are applied to prevent oxidation and maintain RF screening continuity over time.

3. Interface & Penetration Management

To eliminate electromagnetic interference, every penetration point is filtered or isolated.

Power line filtering is handled by multi-stage PI filters, providing transmission attenuation of up to 100 dB from 14 kHz to 10 GHz.

Signal interfaces support high-frequency SMA, N-Type, and BNC feedthroughs with matched impedance to minimize return loss.

For complete electrical isolation, integrated fiber-optic converters are used for Ethernet, USB, and HDMI connections, ensuring a zero-conductive data path.

Specialized waveguide pipes are available for laser and optical communication testing.

4. Compliance & Applications

Designed for seamless integration into professional communication and testing environments.

Supports EMC and EMI pre-compliance testing for FCC, CE, and VCCI.

Enables precise radiated emissions measurement for transmitter leakage analysis.

Provides a controlled environment for RX sensitivity testing of low-power radio signals.
